Half-day coaching is usually about 3 hours. Full-day coaching is usually about 5-6 hours and adapts to ability, energy, and goals.

Policy
Cancellation summary
Cancellation 7+ days before departure is refundable at 100%; 3-7 days at 80%; within 3 days at 70%. Injury-related changes require qualified medical documentation. Force majeure cases are handled by rescheduling first, with unused refundable services handled according to policy.
Early-bird deposits are fixed at CNY 1,000 per booking to hold the price and campaign rights. Balance is paid after arrival or according to booking instructions.

Are all meals included?
For the 26/27 season, packages include breakfast. Lunch and dinner are not included unless stated otherwise.
What should guests bring?
Bring ID/passport documents and personal clothing. Guests who care about photos may bring their preferred ski outerwear.
Can we request foreign coaches?
Foreign coaches are not confirmed for this season. We can discuss trip communication support, but do not promise foreign-coach instruction.
